MenopausalSuperModel asked me how I style my NYDJ Cheetah jeans. You will see one of the ways that I wore them today. I find they are surprisingly easy to style because the pattern is rather subtle. I LOVE these jeans. This jacket is really more red than it appears here.

I think you may soon be sick of seeing me in these jeans. They are comfortable, cool, and as a bonus, on trend. My husband couldn't see the pattern, even when I asked him to take a closeup of them. The closeups did not come out very well, so I have a picture of the jeans from Nordstrom's website. The picture makes the legs look much narrower than they actually are. If you can wear a petite size, Nordstrom has this jean in petite for 50% off. (I wish that had been the plus size price!)

I love it when I find a grew pair of jeans. I say, wear them as much as you like - we won't tire of seeing them. It's fun to see how many ways you can wear one item.
ReplyDeleteI like that red blazer, especially the shape of the lapels.
Yes, the print is so subtle, it's very neutral yet on-trend. Love these, Debbi! And the red jacket looks perfect with them. Thanks so much for linking up to Visible Monday, it wouldn't be VM without you!
ReplyDeleteI actually couldn't see the print from the picture, but it became clearer with the stock photo. You look FABULOUS in them! I think the subtilty of the print makes them so wearable without blending into the sea of jeans. Happy Monday to you! Hugs! ~Serene
ReplyDeleteSorry I am not good at talking about pants, but you always look gorgeous, my dear Debbie.

hehe Sacramento makes me laugh--cuz she is a skirt lover (as I!)
ReplyDeleteLike Serene said, a subtle pattern like this is so easy to wear. If I wore pants, I'd wear them bright and bold!
Ps you look great, Gf
You rock so much! I love the jeans. I've been hunting a similar pair of snake print jeans, but haven't found any in my price point that I'm actually drawn to. Some day though. I think the red jacket is a great pairing.
ReplyDeleteAlso re: stock photo - those things are always pinned and photoshopped anyway. I try not to put too much "stock" (pun intended) into stock photos.

ReplyDeletevery cute outfit
ReplyDeleteI love your jacket...the collar is very pretty. Great look today!
ReplyDeleteI'm not an animal print person but if I were I think your pants would be on my list.
ReplyDeleteThose jeans are awesome! You style them well my friend!
ReplyDeleteOh, I see the pattern and you're right, it is so subtle that you can play with the jeans in all sorts of ways. Looks like a great addition to your wardrobe.
ReplyDeleteNothing beats a pair of jeans that you feel great in!
ReplyDeleteWell, you know -- animal prints ARE a neutral. (Aren't they? They mix with everything, right?) Wear those jeans into the ground! A great pair of jeans is never boring.
ReplyDeleteNICE Jeans! I love it! It looks wonderful with the red jacket! Nice job!
ReplyDeleteYou mentioned us being on the same wavelength and it's funny...so many times I've noticed similarities between us. Another example: I think I own that exact scarf only in a cream color...or at least it looks closely identical. It looks great with that jacket. I've yet to find a way to wear mine.
ReplyDeleteI like the lapels on that blazer! Plus, the scarf adds a nice fun touch.
ReplyDeleteRe: animal print jeans: I wouldn't wear them (I don't wear jeans), but I LOVVVVE wearing my animal print skirts! WIN!
