Visible Monday - Memorial Day

First, I would like to say "Thank You" to all current and former members of our military for their service to our Country and each of us. Thank you as well to their families.

My outfit for today contains stars and stripes to honor the day. It certainly made me feel visible in my red, white, and blue.

Top: Eloquii
Jeans: NYDJ
Scarf: Carla's Love It Boutique
Sandals: Think! Julia
Silly Dog: Harry
Bracelet: Leighelena
The above picture doesn't do the bracelet justice. It is absolutely beautiful. It's a gold hologram stingray that positively shines in the sunlight. This bracelet was created by an Austin, Texas based artist, Leigh Elena Navarro, who creates beautiful handcrafted jewelry from leather, exotic skins, and enamel. Her jewelry is sold in more than 600 stores and is also available online. I am not affiliated with this business in any way and I purchased the bracelet myself. I just love her creations and like supporting creative artists. If you would like to see more of her jewelry, please visit Leighelena .

  6. Debbi, you look gorgeous in these bright colors! And I love your hair...and the length of it. I keep cutting mine a little shorter, but think I'll have to leave it pretty much this length so I can pull it up sometimes. But I'd reeeeally like to go your length. The girl at This Time Tomorrow blog used to have super long hair and has cut her nearly your length and it's so cute. You look like you are totally ready for summer!

  16. Do you ever go to post a comment and then think, but first I have to try and find that scarf to buy? I think I have Blogging Attention Deficit Syndrome. (BADS). What I was going to say yesterday was that I love the fact that you dressed patriotically. And expressed appreciation for all our men and women in the service. And to thank you for posting your outfits. That blouse is such a flattering shape on you. This makes me want to try on a new silhouette that I hadn't considered before. As my daughter would say, "You rock!"

  17. That is such a great tribute to the stars and stripes and actually the red, blue and white made me think of the preparations for the jubilee celebrations for the queen's diamond jubilee here - you look diamond jubilee ready too!
