Everybody, Everywear Pattern mixing. Today's outfit is a bit of pattern mixing, but it is really hard to see. I did not realize how hard it would be to photograph white embroidery on a white jacket. This may be too subtle for the pattern mixing, but I think technically it qualifies.

This photo shows the rose embroidery on the jacket. It is also on the back and sleeves. |

I waited all day for AT&T to come out (sometime between 8 &5) to fix our telephone only to have the guy tell me that he was level one and that someone else who would actually fix it would be out tomorrow or the next day. What happened to customer service? I had already waited 4 days. Thank goodness for cell phones.
I love all your bracelets and I think your pattern mixing definitely counts! When I cut the denim jacket you asked about into a vest, I just used regular scissors and followed along the seam between the shoulder and sleeve, cutting on the sleeve side of the seem without cutting through it, if that makes sense.

I love black and white with a splash of color. On the other hand, I *hate* waiting around for service people, who then can't help me!
ReplyDeleteI love the turquoise bracelets and the embroidery work on the sweater. I would say it counts as pattern mixing.
ReplyDeleteYum,yummy,yum bracelets!!!!

Well, from a woman who is NOT great at pattern mixing, let me say, I totally think this qualifies! In fact, it's really great...pattern in the jacket adds texture and some fun without being over the top. GORGEOUS!!! ~Serene
ReplyDeleteI love white jackets. Yours looks great with the top and blue accents.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't sound like you're ahead with AT&T over Verizon. I have a friend who is a manager at Verizon who went to pole climbing school this summer so he would be ready to fill in if they went on strike, which they did. I doubt he's much more competent than your guy.
The turquoise jewelry really pops against the black and white!
ReplyDeleteYou look so cute! I love everything about this, I need to get a white jacket like that. It's just white and I don't see eye to eye! I would never have guessed you were wearing jeggings. I know sometimes they get a bad rap but they really are SO comfy!
